Charles brought information on ICAO flight plans to the December 2, 2019, QPA meeting. Discussion focused mainly on YFR and ZFR flight plans, which are utilized in other countries, but not yet here in the USA.

YFR flight plans start in IFR and end in VFR.

ZFR flight plans start in VFR and end in IFR.
