The subject of how to obtain copies of your FAA medical records came up at our meeting this month. FAA medical records are available several ways:

* via an online form, which can be printed and mailed in, or completing an online email form

* Sending a request with your name, date of birth, and social security number or certificate number to:

* calling the Airmen Certification Information and Assistance Toll Free: (866) 878-2498 or Government FTS: (405) 954-3261
